MEDA final week

So today we really pushed to create something different. All of our previous iterations have just missed the mark or had an element missing. I wanted to play with the idea of the letter and thought if I attached fishing wire and attached it to the roof we could create this still structure, one that most people would naturally assume would need to move. Sam linked it to our original concept of a still moment in time. And the shadows really gave the installation depth. We also played with different lighting options, and it became an engaging edition to the work we had in the background. Jo suggested we play with drawing out the white cloaked furniture behind and I thought we could hang and play with different ways so that people could engage with the work a little bit more. Matt also mentioned the idea of projections and projecting onto the white paper, but that will need some experimentation.

So we have a little bit to play with here. Including projections/lighting and how we want the furniture in the space too.
